Kids love to dig in dirt and sand. But in this pit, they may come across some fossils. The fossil pit is just one of the features of the new Nature Discovery Area at the Kettle Creek Environmental Education Center in Hamilton Township. The park is free, open to all, and hosts a number of features that let kids interact with nature in a safe environment.

Monroe County Conservation District’s Kettle Creek Environmental Education Center invites the public to visit Lilliana’s Nature Discovery Area, a place designed to allow children of all ages to have a safe, fun and natural area to explore. In the area are several elements, including a canoe, tunnel, xylophone, talking tubes and more. Located on the Kettle Creek Wildlife Sanctuary’s property, Running Valley Road, Bartonsville, the Nature Discovery Area is open to everyone year-round to discover nature.

July 2018 - Talk of the Town July 2018

They talk about us in the opening segment and then we have a whole section of the show starting at about 29 minutes into the show.

The show will air the entire month of July at a variety of time slots. A few of the scheduled times on BRC13 (Northeast PA) include Mondays at 7pm,Tuesdays at 8am and 7pm, Wednesdays at 4pm, Thursdays at 7:30pm, Saturdays at 8am and 10pm, Sunday at 6am, 3pm and 11pm. A few of the scheduled air times on BRC11 (Lancaster County) include Sundays at 1pm and 7pm, Mondays at 8am, Tuesdays at 4pm, Wednesdays at 12:30am, Thursdays at 9pm and Saturdays at 6pm. Beginning this month Talk of the Town is airing in the Lehigh Valley on Service Electric Cable on Tuesdays at 8pm.
